Previously he worked as Senior Programs Manager at HP where he managed Global Programs for HP Online Stores that included Experimentation for Asia and Europe and the Performance COE globally. Managing a team of 20+ Account Executives he designed and executed 1,000+ experiments for the HP online stores, delivering over USD$100M in directly attributed revenue.

Working as a Senior eCommerce Lead in Australia, Mat was also responsible for HP Australia’s online trading platforms, growing the online business YoY by 100%+ and increasing revenue.

Prior to his role at HP, Mat was an Optimisation Consultant for The Good Guys, a large-scale Australian electronic goods retailer with revenues of AUD$3B. He was responsible for implementing and scaling the experimentation program to promote data-driven decision-making.

Mat has also worked as an independent consultant, delivering 90+ projects nationally and internationally for clients such as department store Myer and the Victorian Government.
